Elsey has been a tattoo artist since 2016. She started her career in a little no-name town in south Ga and moved to the atl area at 19 to pursue tattooing. She began exclusively tattooing black and grey, and After a few years really found her voice as an artist.

She now specializes in ornamental dotwork as her primary style. A session with Elsey can be both happily quiet or full of long intimate conversation. In her chair clients are welcomed to an easy friendship and a listening ear like the first time is the hundredth. 

When not tattooing, she spends her time with her lover Emily and pittie. She enjoys hiking, yoga, concerts, and reading.
